Heads in the form of masks are extended by inhabited bodies clad in collages made from the remains of newspaper clippings.
Key words are strung out: Connection, Voodoo, Master Ra, Re, Fatima, etc. so many words cut, torn, repositioned and readjusted to convey a mysterious-mystical coherence, which are in dialogue with mathematical equations, numerology, Akan and Egyptian gods.

Everything seems intertwined, dense, tangled, blurred, like the explosion of an initial chaos, yet a symbiosis is created. Is there only one vision to be had of these works? Of course not, because the fundamental energies of the Higgs bosons and the mystical bosons of the Akan interact in a strange way, in harmony with both man and the universe.

The Bosons are electrified in throwing us such an abundance of ideas.

To celebrate its 30th anniversary, the association Au hasard des 7 Lézards presents from September 8th to 11th, 2022 at Espace Beaurepaire part of its art collection of works.

A non-profit association, the Lézards is the story of a friendship between its members who have in common the same desire to explore, discover, and meet contemporary artists in order to acquire shared works. Visits to workshops, favourites, discovery of artistic trends, be anchored in the contemporary world; this is what characterizes the Lézards, 7 founding friends in 1991, up to 14, and today 8 true discoverers as curious and motivated than ever.

The exhibition at Espace Beaurepaire presents 43 works by 43 artists acquired since 2007, all media combined: whether drawing, etching, painting, photography or sculpture.
